The paper establishes a contrast and analyzes the degree of consistency among the enrollment profiles declared by the Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción for specific study programs, the way in which they are made operational, and the enrollment profile of first year students in 2005. In addition, the paper makes a methodological proposal to address this issue.
