The law that created the National Council for the Arts and Culture modified the institutional scheme related to culture in Chile. The new structure joins universities in their own task, bastions of the creation, maintenance and transmission of culture. Faced with this new reality, it is necessary to distinguish each of the competencies of these organizations, which need to be coordinated and supplemented adequately in order to bring culture up to an optimum level.Downloads
