This paper analyzes university outreach as an inherent part of university activities that differ from teaching and research. It attempts to establish a difference in the dimensions in which it is present. An effort of this kind can contribute to determine future potential objective goals regarding such actions, identifying what types of relations are established between outreach activitiesand teaching and research, and what its own inherent nature is supposed to be.Downloads
