Are we prepared, both mentally and culturally, to get involved in the convergence, mantaining higher education's quality? In what manner does Chile get a benefit out of some academic and technical activities and agreements that should help us to improve, and not to deteriorate, the quality of the educational variety?
This report intends to answer these questions emphasizing that these interchanges, a result of the rising globalization, whose possiblities have greatly grown, must seek to be according with our own interests, must serve to solve our difficulties, diminish our shortages, raise our educational status and increase our cultural development.
