Abstract

This paper begins by situating technology in epistemological terms. It then reflects on pedagogy as a common knowledge and as a practice, as rationalized knowledge and as a technique, and as pedagogical technology. It then refers to the new technologies in connection with pedagogical technology and finally it discusses education, the purpose of technological disciplines and their tools.
