The gradual implementation of a National System of Quality Assurance in Higher Education and, overall, the institutional accreditation processes, have produced some impacts in institutional management in our country. These changes are especially evident in quality assurance management in terms of creation and adaptation of organic structures, mechanisms, use and analysis of information inputs, good practices and, in general, a better participation of relevant actors. This research is aimed to identify such impacts, detailing changes and good practices, in order to try to improve the management of tertiary education institutions.Downloads
