The objective of this article is to understand the quality concept from different points of view. It is known this concept has several approaches in higher education depending on the action field addressed: evaluation processes, management and strategic planning, among others. It provides diverse systemic approaches translating into evaluation models and quality management in higher education, such as: TQM, EFQM, CINDA and MEXA.Downloads
