Abstract

The Arturo Prat University is a State organization that due to its origin and financial conditions has implemented an operational management model based on the establishment of centers and campuses. The aim is to grow with a competitive capacity and as a complex university. This territorial expansion implies having policies and systems to assure homogeneity and quality in the service offered by the faculty. This article describes a management model aimed at this objective and shows the future that the University looks forward to.
