The paper describes the main public policies that need to be implemented in the higher education system in view of the changes that have taken place since the 1980s and the explosive increase in the supply and demand for this type of education. The document emphasizes the need to establish a definitive scholarship and student loans system, introduce transparency in information for candidates and regulate the growth of the sector in a manner consistent with the real requirements of professionals in the country.Downloads
