This paper emphasizes the importance of assessing learning in higher education. To this end, the paper proposes an approach to learning at this level of education, showing that assessments are an essential component of learning. In addition, the study addresses the generation of evaluation criteria, suggesting that they be divided into logical, constitutive, prescriptive and formal criteria. Furthermore, the paper examines how these criteria may be included in academic work.Downloads
