DuocUC views the main purpose of its training process as the transfer of a set of competencies, whether generic, basic or referred to employability, and labor competencies as such, that express the specific performance requirements demanded by the type of work or activity to be carried out. As of 2003 a series of joint initiatives are being carried out by the General Training Directorate of DuocUC and the Andes Polytechnic Lyceum with a view to transferring this subgroup of generic competencies. This paper is intended to illustrate how this relationship has worked out and its major achievements.Downloads
