Abstract

This work analyzes the structure of the Education Project in the Spanish University according to the guidelines of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). After the implementation of the Bologna Process, the new educational scene underwent major changes in the curriculum: transformation in degrees, credit system, methodologies, role of teachers and students, teaching by competences, the evaluation system and so on, which have supposed a teaching-learning transformation and major efforts on the part of all sectors related to higher education. The aim of this new education paradigm was and is to make the teaching-learning process more effective in the present context, a modern university system of good quality focusing on the formation of students, where the professor encourages creative learning, the student thinks by himself/herself, teaching is a priority and students are responsible for their own training.
